Our History
Who We Are
SignMedia was established in 1991 through the merger of two prominent local sign companies: SignCrafters, founded in 1984 by Mike Burnett and Wayne Newbern, and Keators Signs, established in 1966 by Phil Keator. This successful union positioned SignMedia as a leader in the region’s commercial sign industry, and today, we’re proud to serve a diverse and expansive client base. Our clients include some of the region’s largest businesses, hospitals, banks, contractors, construction firms, and government and military facilities.
A Legacy of Excellence
Upon Mike Burnett’s retirement in 2013, Jeff Green, then a 27-year veteran of SignMedia, took over as owner and President. Jeff remains dedicated to the guiding principles established by the company’s founders, ensuring our customers receive the highest quality signage with unmatched service. Our legacy is one of commitment to excellence, reliability, and continuous innovation in the signage industry.
